Perfect location, the hotel located within walking distance of the old tower and bridge of peace and tour meeting points. Breakfast was very good. On the negative side, we did not have any good view with our room (2nd floor back side road on a construction/renovation of house) but it doesn’t matter since we was outside all the time. The AC in our room is very noisy but doesn’t bother us too much.

The location is great, just behind the hotel all sightseeings. Stuff is very helpful, especially Lika, who has helped a lot and organised our trip to Kazbegi in 5 minutes with a professional driver; and trip took us 7 hours instead of 12, we saved time; we missed tours because other agencies do not answered at the time.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean Very central the breackfast it's amazing tasty and full of options for everybody. We also enjoyed very much the hotel restaurant . My brother got married during the stay when they saw us leaving for the wedding we were gifted a chapagne bottle . Most of the people at the hotel were very sweet and kind . Pooland spa was very nice It feels low to give an 8 but its not a 9 more like an 8.5

The staff is just kind and perfect!!! Very clean and tidy, luxurious, and really beautifully designed, excellent service 24 hours! I will definitely go back there if I'm in Tbilisi again And of course if the price is reasonable and does not increase..... ,

The hotel was amazing in all aspects, the staff the room size the toilet and best of all the location. Close to everything u need to visit in Tblisi. I believe we made the right choice and I recommend it to everyone for sure.
