We stayed in these apartments as it was important for us to be close to the Russian Embassy. We were traveling with a two-month-old baby, and everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, the bedding was fresh, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was a constant supply of hot water. The host was very pleasant and attentive, always responding promptly to any requests. A big thank you for a comfortable stay!

At 9 PM, we were greeted by a sleeping receptionist. It took a while to wake him up, and he couldn’t quite understand what we needed at first. The situation was complicated by the fact that he didn’t speak English or Russian—or perhaps he’d simply forgotten them in his groggy state. He handed us the key but didn’t escort us or explain where our room was located. It turned out that room 207 wasn’t on the second floor, as one might expect. We had to find it on our own, which was challenging since I was holding a 1.5-month-old baby. The room itself was perfect. It was clean, beautifully furnished, with a stunning view from the window. There was a rain shower, the plumbing was in excellent condition, and slippers and towels were provided. There was also a minibar. However, it was quite hot, as the heating was on full blast. We ended up using the air conditioner during the night. In the morning, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and encountered friendly restaurant staff. Despite the rocky start to our stay, I give it an excellent rating!

Spacious suites and lobby, quiet rooms, tasty breakfast, parking for car, very quiet location, and just 2-3 minutes of driving or 10-15 minutes of walking from Saburtalo business area. I believe the next stay in Tbilisi for business will be in Alliance. Thank you.

The hotel was close to the bus station, The staff were nice, the hotel was beautiful and its view too. The wifi had a good connection. I appreciate the time of breakfast till 11 Am.
