The location is ideal to walk to most central attractions either side of T’bilisi, which made exploring so easy. The room is neat and everything works. I had a small little balcony which was nice for the morning sunrise.

It's location in the Old Town was just where we wanted to be. We were also upgraded to a balcony room at no extra charge. The Italian restaurant recommended by the owner was also of very good quality and an ejoyable meal was had.

The hotel has an excellent location in Tblisi Old Town, so it was easy to walk to many of the city's main sites. The owner/staff were very helpful and upgraded us on our second stay. There are many good restaurants close by too. well worth staying at.

Amazing value, we had a lovely big bright room with a big balcony right in the old town. Also a pretty good breakfast especially given the price, with quiche, salads, yoghurt, cereal and other bits. The owner was very nice and let us check in a little early as soon as the room was ready

Very welcoming staff, the manager even more, easy to communicate to, has good level of english, if u need something just ask to him. Very welcoming place. Bars all around the place and a lot of options what to do, delicious breakfast.
