The staff were great ..could use some updating and a good cleaning. The beds were newer and clean.

Staff was friendly, accommodating. I checked in late around 5 AM; they let me check out at 1 PM (past 11 AM checkout time), so I could get some sleep after a long trip. Fridge and microwave in the room.

The manager provided a hairdryer when there was not one in the room. The location was close to everything in Tazewell. The frig, freezer, and microwave were nice. The heat worked well.
