It was so unexpectedly clean. Being an 8-year-old hotel, it looked amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and there were so many shops around to get things. I would stay here again if I were to ever visit Tawau again

The Rooms is definitely a place to stay if you are in Tawau. I am very particular about cleansiness and the water supply. Both was perfect! thank you so very much for the friendly staffs as well.

It’s a very clean hotel, good location near of cafeteria, bars and restaurants. Customers service in excellent and they help with everything. Also, they had an agreement with a cafe next to them (very good) and we had a discount.

Strategic location, lots of eateries, convenient stores and pharmacies within walking distance. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly.
