The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

The location is in the center of the city, the Pasar Tanjung and Pasar Ikan just few hundreds meters away. Parking is ok, but would be better if they can provide dedicated parking for check-in and check-out like other hotel. A lot of restaurant around. Bed was comfortable, bathroom is ok. Overall good for short stay. p/s: sunrise view from our room is great 😅.

The size of the room is quite ok for 6 family members. We got 2 rooms like homestay style. 1 room with 2 single beds and another room with 1 king size bed. The stayed area is quite ok. When you walk by then you can go to many places nearby. Ps, The staff gave full cooperation when we complained that the bedroom light is not functional. They changed it on the spot.
