The fine print
In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed. Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner. In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.
WiFi is available in the lobbyCribs are subject to availability. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib. You will find our lovely beach bar on Taurito Beach. It has an indoor area and a chill‑out terrace furnished with comfy sofas. The Beach Club’s drinks and snacks are free for the Hotel’s all‑inclusive guests. From midday to 3 pm, the Beach Club also serves salads, pizza, sandwiches and pasta.All Inclusive Standard includes soft drinks, sparkling and still water, beer, sangria, cava and wine on tap from service stations. Alcohol-free beers are also available in bottles. Bottled water is not included. The alcoholic beverages are white label and the alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails are machine-made. All other drinks are at additional charge. You may pay at the hotel the difference for an all-inclusive Plus package to have with access to bottled drinks, smoothies and alcoholic beverages from national and international brands.
The upgrade must be booked for all adult occupants of the room for the duration of the stay.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Good location and amazing views, food and service absolutely great, rooms spacious and serviced every day, all communal areas were spotless and tables cleared immediately with never any dirty crockery or glasses left sitting

Comfortable room with lovely views, range of bars, food choice and quality good, free drinks good. Staff excellent. Good shuttle to beach where there is a good hotel beach cafe. Good value paid for drinks eg. wine with dinner.

Plenty food, good selection of drinks. No ques at the bar. Hotel a bit dated, but it's really clean and a good sizes of the room. Staff very friendly, and helpful.

The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and very helpful, the food was exceptional, every dish was very good, plenty of food and great variety, the sea view was also great , the big pool has an increase from a few inches to 2m which was great , the hotel has a bus to Mogan and to the beach but only a few times a day. The beds were comfortable and big, ac working so this was great. They had option for food and snack at every time of the day and a restaurant/cafe at the beach with options for all inclusive including food. We were there mid December

Service, service, and service. The best service I have ever seen in my life, I have never seen such excellent service anywhere. Food. This is a separate topic for conversation. The level of food and presentation is simply heavenly. For those money, everything is mega cool!

Clean rooms with breathtaking view; fun activities and lovely animators, never predatory nor insistent; huge and varied food selection (although local products are scarce); kind and welcoming staff; regular transfer to the beach and port; reception always ready to accommodate requests (i.e, re room, early breakfast, transport and external activities booking etc.).

Very helpful staff (especially Claudia at reception) Staff in the restaurant and bars always greeted you with a smile and a warm welcome. Bar staff and pool staff were also very welcoming.
