We liked the (non-heated) water park, the room layout, large terrace, orientation (towards sunset), minigolf nearby

Very good hotel although the rooms are old-fashioned but comfortable and big. The food was okay as expected. The staff are very friendly. The water park beside is also very good. You can rent a cat there. There's a free car park as you come off the motorway, about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. There's mini gift shops and a mini supermarket. Very good hotel for family with children.

Even though it’s an old property it’s very clean and spacious and a stone’s walk to beach..Staff in reception and restaurant all are very polite. Food is ok.

Breakfast was basic. Scrambled egg was sitting in liquid. It was my favourite last year but this year was way too watery. Location good. A shuttle from hotel would be great to porto rico. 5 of us travelling. 2 nights no taxi arrived and another night we waited 50 mins as they had none to take 5 people. Very frustrating. Animation team were brilliant. My daughter loved every minute of kids club and big shout of for Amelia. My daughter was crying her eyes out leaving her. Thanks to.all the team.

The staff were excellent. Very professional and courteous. They had to deal with a lot of rudeness from other guests.
