Lovely apartment. Great views. Enjoyed having our breakfast outside taking in the view. Owners were lovely and very accommodating.

What a lovely property and great hosts. Can't recommend it enough. Had everything we needed and the extra touches, providing a loaf of bread some butter and milk wasn't expected but definitely appreciated. Access was easy and seamless, very private with great views from the outdoor seating which was sheltered.

Everything was good about the property! Had great facilities and super comfortable. Location was fab to explore the Bay of Plenty area too! Loved the views from the apartment out towards the Mount. Very cute doggy visitors.

Everything! The photos don't do this beautiful home justice. Our expectations were exceeded. Booking and communication easy and excellent. Clean, homely, comfortable, relaxing and the most beautiful open yard with great views. Every morning we sat at the outdoor dining table taking in our surroundings.

We had been given good instructions on how to find and access the apartment. The owners were lovely and had been easy and prompt with communication before we arrived. We loved the apartment - it is the lower level of the owners house but felt private and secure. The two bedrooms had their own bathroom which was perfect for our family. It has spacious living areas, a small kitchen with supplies that really helped us settle in quickly and made our stay that much better. The outdoor area and view from inside is beautiful and we enjoyed exploring some walks around the bay nearby too.
