We stayed one night on a road trip around North Island. It was off season so the resort was fairly empty. It's dated in design but clean and everything works. The heated swimming pool was excellent 👌 and we enjoyed the sauna. Didn't try the restaurant. Really good value for money and great location for exploring thermal areas. It would be great for families.

Aged building and design, but exceptionally tidy and clean. Lovely helpful staffs. Very big resort that you can do exercise just walking around.

Comfortable rooms, with great facilities. The pools and play area are great, and the location is good - close to town, but in a quiet, secluded spot. Would happily stay again.

Great location and easy to find. Busy and popular. Loved the swimming pool, fed by hot geothermal water.
