Please note that Café Pinot is available for functions by prior arrangement, it is not open to guests for à la carte meals.

Fantastic space set within easy reach of amenities. Homely feel with excellent kitchen, lounge and spacious bedrooms. Car parking adjacent to property. Lovely and quiet. Receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful signposting and sharing top tourist tips. Would definitely stay again

It was a quite area which was really nice and peaceful. The beds were comfy and the veranda and doors opening out to the trees were lovely.

Beautiful little cottages set in a quiet location so close to town. Very comfortable and everything you could want for a short or long stay. Will definitely recommend to stay here.

The room warmed up quickly and they turned on lights and heater for our arrival. It was roomy and the bed was really comfortable!! Good communication from the reception staff, the direction map information to the unit was really good.

Loved the location and the layout of the Villas on the grounds. The size of our room was fantastic, beds were good enough and linen was nice and fresh. Room was well equipped including iron, hair dryer. Very comfortable.

Despite the negatives the villa had lots of positives - We really loved the size of the villa, having 2 bdrms, ease of access to the car with the carport right there, comfy beds and crisp, clean linen, the park-like, peaceful setting with tidy gardens and mowed lawns, incredibly gorgeous birdsong all day, particularly the tui at dawn and dusk (I wouldn't usually have seen dawn if my 5 week old grandaughter wasn't with us! 😍) The standalone villas meant we didn't need to worry about close neighbours through a wall with our newborn's noises 😊 It was a great location, on the same road as the falls, out of town but only 3 mins drive away. It looked very cute with the villas dotted around. It was comfortable enough and we did enjoy the space and quiet, the layout was good.
