The hotel and grounds were lovely we were upgraded to a larger room than we had booked so that was nice the staff were very friendly and helpful the nicest we had encountered on our trip around the north island and of course Taupo and the lake are lovely even though it is a bit out of the way.

Our 4th trip here so keep going back for the location service and facilities. This time wasn’t the best but staff were prompt to fix minor issues. The hotel was busy but that should be a breeze for Hilton to manage.
