Room and that the air conditioning was already on. The dove hand wash and shower stuff the beds breaking was pretty good tmabd the lady that welcomed us in was lovely

I had not stayed before and was impressed with the high standard of facilities, how quiet and relaxing the room was and how comfortable the bed was. I am a wheelchair user and had an easy access bedroom and wet-room. The breakfast was enjoyable with easy vehicle access and parking. Thank you to all the staff who were particularly helpful and the was property cleaned to a high standard. I will return to the Holiday Inn on my next visit to Taunton. Thank you 👏

The food was very good, I have stayed at this particular hotel many times,however I thought the cleanness had gone down. There was finger marks on the light switches, the towels were dingy. The hotel was a bit cold. The staff were excellent.

The staff were very helpful especially the gentleman wh helped us with Wi-Fi. The breakfast was really good & plentiful. The room was clean & very quiet so had a great sleep

For a budget, this hotel was amazing. Very comfortable. Quiet. Good sized room. Cozy beds. Great shower. And lovely staff. Disliked nothing.
