Breakfast was good and traditional You can feel it's a family business, always recommend checking these types of accommodations. Host gave us tea and cake when we arrived :D

The accomodation is in a private house with 3 guest rooms on the upper floor all sharing one separate bathroom. Our room was very small equipped with only a bed and a table. There was no shelf or wardrobe for clothes or luggage. The hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful. They booked a marshrutka for us for the next day from Goris. Upon arrival they offered us tea and nice cake. Also the breakfast was very good and substantial. For staying one night in a village it was a nice experience.

Beautifull town in the middle of the mountins. Located near tatev monastery. Very friendly owners, who prepare tasty breakfast. Great experience.

very kind and warm-hearted hosts. Good breakfast. Nice bathroom. Rooms and bathroom are located on a separate floor, so there is all the privacy you need. I'm more than satisfied with this stay.

Amazingly welcoming owners and a very authentic experience. Facility's were clean and all we needed. Very good breakfast. Thank you for the warmth! We would highly recommend this place.

Oh. My. God. This was one of the best guesthouses I ever stayed in. Rubin and Angia are so warm and welcoming it is hard to believe these people exist! They were constantly making sure I was happy and satisfied. The breakfast Angia prepared was really abundant and tasty. The breakfast was served in a garden with an amazing view! Rubin was a fun and interesting person to talk to. Sadly, they do not speak english, but I managed with my basic russian. I felt like they were my grandma and grandpa! I really wish them all the best in life!

Super nice hosts, gave me somethibg to eat when I came. Everything comfy, very nice bathroom. Tasty breakfast and this all for a great price.

Home away from home. Owners welcomed us with tea and cakes. Each day an excellent breakfast in the garden with a view. Close to Wings of Tatev and other attractions (Devil's bridge, zipline etc.). Owners speak limited English, they clearly prefer Russian communication :-)
