The warm and hospitable welcome provided by the staff made me feel at home. The rooms were spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast was tastefully delicious.

Staff members were helpful and polite. Location is great as it's just a few minutes drive to the airport. Room size is good, and the breakfast spread is excellent.

Breakfast is fantastic. Personal very helpfull and friendly. Room clean but unfortunatly my wife found black hair on the wall in the shower.

Location, luggage storage facilities As we had to travel around and rerun back to Tashkent Very very helpful, kind and polite staff Would like to mention Nadirkhan at the reception as he arranged for us the late check out, a cap to the airport and helped us with everything we needed Stayinn was the best hotel we stayed in during our tour in Uzbekistan

When we checked in, my husband had trouble finding his passport,the gentlemen that checked us in who's name, II didn't get was so patient friendly and very kind. The room was lovely. The housekeeping team kept the whole hotel immaculate. Breakfast was also amazing and the lady at breakfast desk was always smiling and made us feel so welcome. Upon checking out the gentlemen who was called Umidjon was extremely professional and kind, a real credit to excellent customer service. We will stay here again
