Comfortable, attractive well-appointed room with good amenities. Staff were helpful. Even though we arrived very late at night - around 4am - staff were welcoming and brought our luggage to our room for us.

Very friendly staff (even at arrival after midnight). The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The location is perfect for me since it is in walking distance from my work. I didn't see or use the fitness or pool facilities but I heard good stories about these too. I plan to book the hotel again for my next visit.

The kindest staff you will ever meet. They help you with everything. The hotel view is beautiful and the breakfast is very varied and delicious. The other facilities are excellent, such as the sauna, the swimming pool, especially the Turkish bath. The general manager is Mr. Jamal, he is very kind, cooperative, and very friendly. He speaks fluent Arabic.

We stayed one week in this hotel and we really enjoyed of our stay in Rayyan hotel. Rayyan Hotel & SPA was very clean, quiet, the interior was beautiful, beddings were very nice and comfortable . The location was very nice, near a supermarket and a few nice restaurants The breakfast was outstanding with variety of quality food and fruits and water was provided every day. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. A beautiful park was nearby, the staff was very kind and helpful especially the manager of the hotel Mr. Jamal and Mr. Haroon The receptionists were very kind and helpful. They speak English, guides well and is quite delightful. We really recommend this hotel and we would book this hotel again

Room is spacious. Clean. Staff is friendly, although they do not speak a very good English. Breakfast was decent.
