We were upgraded to a family room, which was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom were spotless. The location is central, which made commute very easy. The guy at the reception allowed us an early check-in, which was very helpful. He helped us even with ordering the food the night we were leaving, and generally was extremely helpful, polite and well-spoken. The breakfast was scrumptious and filling.

Easy to get to really lovely reception staff especially the woman who was there when I arrived and the man who helped me with my bags and directed me To the correct hotel. The younger male staff were not as accommodating, when I asked for a

The hotel was comfortable and the staff was nice. The location is pretty OK, not too far away from the metro stop and just a few minutes by car from the airport and the main train station.

The location was great for me, about 5 minutes walk to the. Metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants both local and international. Shirin the receptionist speaks very good English and was welcoming and professional in responding to any inquiry or request. The staff can appear reserved but are friendly if you say hello. The toon and bed were modern and comfortable. Good value

Comfortable hotel in a very good location. The hotel very willingly arranged transport from the airport and a taxi on departure. Very friendly and efficient front desk staff, all quite fluent in English & Russian. Room was clean & quiet. Wifi Stable but a bit weak. There was an electric kettle. Breakfast adequate.

They have 2 properties next to each other. Queens 1 hotel is far better than Queens 2 (we stayed 1 day in each). The family room that we booked is quite spacious, the interiors are very nice, the balcony is amazing. Total value for money. The staff is polite and helpful, they even let us pay via card though the booking said only cash is accepted. Location is good, 10 min walk to oybek/mingorik metro.
