I have never met such a friendly hotel staff. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar which serves a wide variety of food. Bed was comfortable. Not far away from the airport and southern railway station.

Very comfortable stay. We had a large suite with lounge area. Lots of TV channels. Room service dinner was good and reasonable value. Hotel is in a nice quiet neighbourhood while also relatively close to airport and south train station. They kindly made a packed breakfast for us as we had to leave before 7am. Excellent experience overall.

Rooftop terrace for breakfast with cool view on Tashkent was great. Also there were complimentary traditional snacks at lobby - that was really cool

Fabulous hotel, within 10 minutes drive of airport and train stations. Very clean and airy bedroom, comfortable bed, superb bathroom and shower. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and when they heard that I would be leaving to catch a flight after midnight, they made sure I had a packed breakfast before leaving as I would be missing it. I would book this hotel again if I ever find myself in Tashkent.

Overall excellent Very nice rooms, clean, good bed. About 10-15 mins from airport and similar from sites. Do need to get taxis to sites but reception very good at booking taxis. Free refreshments in reception - fruit coffee etc which is a lovely touch. Breakfast was ok . All reception staff were lovely, Guli helped us a lot.

Book this hotel without any doubts, you will be glad you did! It was my solo birthday trip, so at midnight, I wanted to sit in the snow and enjoy nature for a bit. They made me a tray of assorted biscuits and pastries and sang for me! A pot of warm tea was waiting for me when I got back in the room. ❤️ Truly, that's above and beyond service!! ❤️ I stayed twice here during my time in Uzbekistan, I was that happy to come back. Even though it’s February and snowing outside, everyone was warm inside. Breakfast is another level all together. So many unique dishes and a great terrace to enjoy it on! They even packed me a lunch box because I left very early the next morning.
