Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms with table, chairs and enormous wardrobe. A fridge to cool drinks, complimentary tea set with a kettle and cups. Pretty good wifi connection. Tasty and varied breakfast. Several restaurants in the neighboorhood (Uzbek, Uygur, Georgian, China and Vietnamese cuisine).

We liked how close the hotel was to the airport and the train station. The rooms were alao huge and spacious in a very quiet neighborhood.

Had a wonderful stay at Ak Saray Hotel! The staff were really friendly and helpful, but still professional. They sorted out my airport transfer and even helped me book a taxi when I left, which made everything super easy. The room was huge and super clean, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which is always a plus when travelling. There’s also a small pool outside - nice touch for unwinding. The hotel’s on a quieter backstreet, but honestly, for the price, it’s such great value. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Tashkent!

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Room was quite big and comfortable, and clean on arrival. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast met my expectations - I like porridge and fried eggs, included local fruit etc There is no lift in the hotel but staff helped me with the luggage I asked to do my laundry once and specially asked to wash my things separately with less detergent - it was good.
