Very clean, well kept and tidy rooms. Was decorated with a tree and lights with a screen playing soothing Christmas videos and music just perfect for the season we went. The staff at the reception were very supportive and spoke English so it was a relief. They helped arrange a small birthday surprise for my wife on short notice and also helped with giving us a late check with a very minimal charge since our flight was late night and we were with small children.

We had a pleasant stay at Garnet Mir Hotel in Tashkent. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff was very cooperative and attentive. Although the heater in my room wasn’t working initially, they promptly provided a standby heater, which was much appreciated. Additionally, the hotel went the extra mile by offering me a complimentary late checkout. Overall, great service and comfortable accommodation!" Thank you for helping Supervisor Abbos.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful, offered us food for dinner instead of breakfast, as we had to leave before breakfast.

The rooms were really nice, clean and with comfortable beds. They had modern charging points that didn't need adapters. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. They have a luggage room where we could leave our luggage (since our flight was late at night). It is 20mins away from the airport but located a little away from the centre of the city.

Well located . New hotel and the staff were quite accommodating. We could keep luggage for 2 days when we went to samarkhand and rested in the lobby on return will our time for the flight.All staff at reception spoke good English. The breakfast was very good and tasty . Value for money . Good shops nearby in case u want something

The staff were exceptional. We turned up with bikes and they then looked after them for 2 days after our stay until we got back from Samarkand. They went above and beyond to help us out and accommodate our needs. The place was very clean and comfortable.
