The very friendly staff at Reception, especially Ayzada, that was extraordinary. Assisted in all possible ways. Will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are charming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge and so is the bed. It was spotlessly clean. The free, but bookable, pool/steam room/ sauna complex was a delight (although may be a bit warm for some Europeans) and there was a varied breakfast, so you should be able to find something to meet most tastes. It is also next to a surprisingly peaceful park. The location is excellent - 100m to Cosmonaut metro station (which everyone should visit), 20 mins from the fantastic Museum of the Applied Arts and walkable to Amir Timur Sq and many other sights. Lots of restaurants on the doorstep, although they aren't the cheapest you'll find in Tashkent, but were perfectly nice.

The hotel is at a great spot, the staff is great and the rooms look fantastic. There was a great spa in the basement of the hotel with perfect Finnish sauna (as part Finnish I found it to be perfect) Hammam and peicat swimming pool.

The location is really good. Lots of places to visit nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The park around the place. Good restaurants all over. Georgian across the street, korean desert cafe and sushi restaurant.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the beds were very comfy, the room was massive and the location great (very close to the metro). Lots of brilliant restaurant options walkable or a short taxi away. We enjoyed the spa to relax in (pool was a little too cold though) and would recommend staying here.
