They are flexible. They opened the breakfast buffet earlier for us as we need to check out early in the morning. They are so great in delighting their patrons even with the smallest of things, happy to fetch us a bottle of water. Thank you!

While the hotel is not in the middle of Tashkent sights, it is only a quick and cheap Yandex away, but there are many good restaurants and wine shops all within walking distance and there is an ATM literally next door to the hotel :) The breakfast was excellent with many choices and delicious coffee included unlike in other parts of Uzbekistan. Comfortable bed, great shower and helpful staff make it a great place to stay and even rooms near the elevator aren't noisy....bonus!

Very spacious room, comfortable and clean. Very nice staff, who despite a minor mistake managed to behave with class and correct the mistake, leave only a nice impression. Restaurant and bar ready to serve guests, with perfect and very nice service.

A good and clean hotel. Friendliness in a restaurant is different. However, this is still within the bounds of Uzbek politeness in restaurants. The breakfast offer is ok.

The room was large, clean and quiet, with a big and comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well, despite the summer heat outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening and the portions were huge, definitely worth the price. Breakfast had many good options.
