I contacted the hotel a week before my arrival and arranged for them to pick me up from the airport. They told me that a driver would be waiting for me. On the day of arrival, I contacted them again and made a reminder of my arrival on the flight. However, when I arrived at Tashkent airport, unfortunately, I did not find anyone waiting for me from the hotel. The strange thing is that they did not send me any notification contrary to what we had agreed upon, which forced me to contact them from the airport and they confirmed to me that there was no driver waiting for me?????!!!

Location is very good, near to restaurant , mall and magic city, their staffs are very helpful and they provide Shuttle to airport with a good car, also room are spacious

I like the location, it is in center of city, in Seoul Mun area, near to next mall and magic city, there is a japaneese restaurant and many restaurant around this hotel. Their staff is very helpful and they provide airport shuttle even only from hotel to airport but they provide good cars

The location was great! Near to shops and restaurants and close to Tashkent Mall. Easy to get to most places.

I like the location as it very accessible to Next Mall, Seoul MUN and Magic City. Several restaurants and shops nearby. The room is spacious and has a balcony. The breakfast is decent and better from other hotels I stayed.
