Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Batu. Will be back to Art Group hotels !

What I liked? I love that the price was good and included breskfast. I liked the staff at the hotel. The breakfast lady was pleasant and all the young men who worked the reception were pleasant, helpful and spoke English. I especially like Mirjailol who went out his way to help me many times. The location was also good. And most of all thieir problem-solving skills were excellent

The young guys at reception were great: I had lots of requests. All were dealt with - with a big smile. Located in a nice area, not far from cafes & restaurants. Rooms around courtyard were nice & quiet.

WARNING - this property is possibly fabricating Booking.com reviews Stayed at this property twice for 2 nights each. One room had a broken aircon unit and shower, the other was next to the boiler room so the entire floor was super hot. Rooms were pleasant otherwise. There is quite a varied buffet breakfast included which is nice, plus the staff were friendly and let us store our bags while we visited the Fergana valley. However there’s a 51,000UZS charge per person per day tourist tax (that we haven’t paid anywhere else at all in Uzbekistan) to provide registration. Plus I discovered today that a 10/10 review had been posted on my behalf on Booking.com that is clearly designed to boost the rating of the property. How this is allowed to happen on Booking I am unsure (complaint in progress) but be warned - I’m not convinced this property is as good as the reviews suggest.
