The apartment was really nice and clean, beds were super comfortable and loved having a washer at our disposal. It was in a nice location outside a gorgeous big park and lots of restaurants around. We went in December so it was freezing outside but the apartment was always warm and comfortable. The breakfast was shared with Holiday Inn and there was an amazing spread, always ate too much.

Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was exceptional (5 star). Close to all amenities and close to the Humo Arena, where we attended the Fifa Futsal World Cup games. We highly recommend this apartment hotel.

Almost everything - from handling the booking online to check-in, to the property itself (facilities), breakfast, location, etc. Everything was brand new in the room I stayed in - kitchen appliances, furniture, etc. The breakfast arrangement is also nice - the guests are offered breakfast at the Holiday Inn hotel restaurant - so, you get good continental meals in the morning.

The room was beautiful and there was a lot of space; the apartment has also a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was great. The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, next to a public garden and lots of restaurants. Very good value for money: highly recommended.

The room in in fact a small apartment, very clean and with excellent facilities. It's located in the same building as th Holiday Inn hotel and share's the hotel breakfast, which was truly excellent.

It should be a service apartment converted to hotel room. Very large living room and bedroom, and the pantry is very convenient. The large dinning table is much better than most tiny coffee tables in common hotels. Although we have not used them, the microwave and washing machine in the apartment are definitely warm additions. Breakfast is in Holiday Inn downstairs, so it is a bargain with a large apartment and excellent breakfast if you can do without the standard hotel services and facilities like porter or gym.
