The girl who answered the phone when I called to change the date of booking was so kind and helpful .She changed the date willingly and told us we could check in anytime suited us. When we arrived the girl at desk possibly the same girl who answered the phone was just so nice to us. She gave us boiled water for our tea as they don't have tea making facilities as it would set off the alarm. They hope to rectify this soon. Our breakfast next morning was continental and we could also have had a fried breakfast of eggs scrambled or fried, with bacon ,tomatoes etc. The same girl asked us if we would like the fry also. Nothing was too much trouble. It was the nicest place I can ever remember visiting. I would highly recommend it to anyone . It was also great value and far better value than in Zermatt which is a short train ride away. They also have a very efficient lift to rooms. I just couldn't find a fault with it. I will always remember the girl on reception for her kindness. She is a real gem.
