Perfect hotel away from the frantic pace of Zermatt. We were greeted with warmth and this made our stay memorable. Breakfast was more than adequate which set us up for a trek down from Gornergrat. Thank you and see you again soon.

Perfect location next door to train station, had nice little room with all we needed and a little balcony. Staff were lovely with my son and even let us in early before check in which was so useful for us as we could enjoy the whole day!

Everything.probably the best place I stayed at throughout my whole trip in Switzerland. Staff was amazing, friendly made sure we were welcomed. There rooms were amazing and plzz the view was beautiful from the balcony. Breakfast was sooo good such a good variety of food. Plus location is soo good- right infront of the stations and next to a few shops and restaurants. Would definitely book another holiday just to stay here.

The location is perfect, just cross a street for Tasch train to Zermatt and next to coop n restaurant. It will be prefect if check in counter is more friendly.

Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Hot water bath, location, breakfast, view from room were all great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very close to the train station in Täsch, so it was very easy to find when we arrived late to the area. The host was amiable and the waiter at their restaurant was also helpful with our questions. They also served good food.
