Room was good very comfortable bed , staff extremely helpful and very polite throughout our stay Spa treatment facility and Spa staff were excellent

When we arrived we had driven through the snow it was cold out. Our room heating was on high so we entered into a very warm and cosy room.

Love this place, second visit and will be back! Staff very welcoming, very dog friendly so our dog loves it too! Pool / sauna etc., very good (ps. closes at 9pm on Fridays not 10pm) but unlimited use very welcome. Lots of free car parking - stunning location. Excellent grounds for walking. Very close to Tarporley centre (4 mins drive) if you want pubs etc.,

Great location for a wedding at Peckforton Castle. Check in quick, easy and friendly. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.
