Couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough. From the get go the staff were amazing, they really made us feel welcome and were there whenever we needed them to help with anything we needed. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. It was super easy to get a taxi to the airport (20-30 min drive). Best place we stayed in Taiwan! Shout out to Joy too, he’s an incredible member of staff who went above and beyond for us!

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We were travelling with two kids and the staff gifted them some toys. It was such a lovely place
