Within walking distance to TRA. Lovely Hello Kitty Room. Second time staying here. Stopover after late arrival from Taoyuan Airport. A good variety of shopping in the vicinity. Rooms are clean and nice. Water dispensers readily available.

We stayed only for a night before the flight, but the location is really good, very central. The staff is available 24/7, which is very helpful, they ordered us a cab for 4:30 am in the morning. The room is good size, comfortable bed.

Very clean and large room. The equipment was sufficient and in good condition. Towels were changed and cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and also understands English!!! I would love to come back.

Just 15 mins ride from airport so able to have a quick rest after a long flight. Able to check-in past midnight.

Size of room for the 2 bedroom was solid. Had a nice long desk to put your stuff down. The single bed room was a bit small, no windows, but still nice. Both rooms had a Hello Kitty/cartoony theme to it, Quirky, but fun. Location is one of the best in Taoyuan area. Close to Train station, lots of shopping and food. You are in the heart of Taoyuan. Good option for the value. Staff was really nice and helpful, felt like you are staying with family with how nice they were. Bonus is the Japanese garden area next to the hotel. Can take some nice pictures there.
