Because the Isabel Hotel was in renovation I was offered the room in Villa Diodoro hotel, probably ran by the same owners. Isabella hotel has very good location in the middle of "the old town", but Villa Diodoro is not very far from it, but it offers stunning views from every room. My room's view towards lower Taormina, the bay and Etna (corner room with corner balcony) was absolutely fantastic. Very good comfortable bed and very nice breakfest for both sweet and salty lovers. a definitely recommend that hotel, specialy with the off-season price which is very low imho.

Everything was nice. The location is excellent to go around Taormina and close enough to the first bus stop. Staff were very nice. They greet you with a smile and very helpful. Food was good as well.

Location was great and the rooftop was a nice bonus for chilling and playing chess or having a drink during the busy evenings.
