Lovely comfortable hotel, very conveniently located next to harbour Bay ferry terminal, good having nearby small mall, yet also convenient to order grabcar to get around nearby places. Nice infinity pool to enjoy the seaview and corner of Batam.

Staff are polite Room service food taste better and less salty then the first visit Buffet breakfast was good. Dinar noted that my mum could not eat spicy food and hence fried the mee goreng again without chilli Facilities such as pool and gym are well maintained

A minute walk from the Harbour Bay International Ferry from Singapore, it’s modern, clean, fabulous food and bar up at Altitude to look out over to Singapore at night. Couldn’t ask for better staff.

It is clear that your team goes above and beyond to make guests feel special, and we deeply appreciate the effort and care put into making our stay so delightful. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast! The variety of food options was impressive, and everything we tried was delicious. As someone who enjoys spicy food, I must highlight how much I loved the sambal – it was absolutely flavorful and added an extra kick to my meal. Thank you once again for the exceptional hospitality and the attention to detail that made our stay so enjoyable.
