The fine print

Beautiful location, rustic setting, very much one with nature. It's way out of the hustle and bustle of the town. It's a perfect place if you want to switch off and truly relax. But enough places to eat to get some variety. Can rent scooters at rhe accommodation if you want to do a bit of exploring. Absolutely loved my stay here.

Eagleye is a beautiful place to stay, with everything you need for a relaxed stay. Comfy sunloungers and day beds set in a lush garden surrounding a small pool. Suzie, Lena and Sigrid and the rest of the team made us so welcome and they had tonnes of great tips on how to make the most of our stay in Langkawi. Breakfasts are healthy and delicious and lunch is available although there are lots of other options around the area. The place is also a bit of an animal sanctuary with lots of gorgeous cats, rabbits and the odd visiting dog which we loved. We booked 4 nights but wished we had stayed a couple more days as this area is great to explore and Tanjang Rhu beach is one of the best beaches on the island. They also have scooters you can rent for the day making exploration easy. Rooms have good AC and beds are super comfy

Quite simply the hosts were amazing. My girlfriend and I stayed there for a couple of nights, one of which we dined in the hotel and got some cocktails. The food is outstanding and the cocktails are literally the best ive ever had. I come from the UK where a £30 cocktail at a 5 star hotel wouldn't beat the cocktails they served us. The host joined us at the bar and kept it open for as long as we were there. We spoke to eachother and felt at home when staying there. They discussed our interests, where we have come from and what brought us to Langkawi. They were extraordinarily friendly and truly just wanted us to stay there and chat. Didn't pressure us to drink anything we didn't want to and ensured we were comfortable the entire time. We rented a moped off them for a very competitive price and they helped us navigate the island upon request, with great recommendations for local food and hiking spots! Truly the best hotel experience ive ever had in terms of how great the hosts were!

Very nice owner and lovely staff. Bar and pool area very nice to hang out. Scooter rental possible. Laundry service available. Air con, fan and mosquito net, fridge and cettle in the cottage. House keeping on request available. Beach bag with towels, mat and flip flops in the room. One minute walk away from the beach. The wooden cottage we had was incredibly romantic. We loved sitting on the porch and sleeping in such authentic beauty. We would book the same accomodation again!

A lovely boutique resort, beautifully decorated and with a very chilled, friendly vibe. The rooms have lots of thoughtful extras - a little kitchen, beachmat and sunhat. The beach is a 5 minute stroll away and totally unspoilt. I will definitely be back.
