After staying in Melia Bali this hotel is a disappointment. Kids club is horrible with very few or basic activities, tv is always on and inside . Meals lack diversity ( mostly spicy ) drinks are not good.

The All inclusive was the best experience of a resort. We were short of nothing. Meals throughout the day, drinks readily available,ice cream, and much more. Staff are friendly and readily available to make our stay memorable. Thank you very much for an early check-in and late check out. We will definitely visit again

From the moment we arrived the whole experience was exceptional. We stayed in a SOL junior suite. The staff where so welcoming and friendly and nothing we asked was a trouble for them. The room was absolutely perfect and the drinks and food were fantastic. The location is perfect and the pool and beach areas are beautiful. My husband and I did not want to leave and now we can not wait to go back and we thank all the staff for being so wonderful.
