Breakfast choice was fine but it ran out quickly. In fact, even the glasses ran out and I had to ask for more to have a juice. Friendly staff.

Kids Club. We left our 4 year old boy and 6 year old girl at kids club roughly 2 hours a day, and went and had massages, or lunch dates with my wife etc.. surf spots out back on big swells. pool A+ rode scooter around to make use of surrounding areas.. Mama Krisnas fav restaurant food.. hotel buffet breakfast kids ate free so was our daily.. fresh eggs cooked.. bacon susages toast pancakes.. cool fire shows at night etc.. great resort cheaper than nusa dua with similar features..

The hotel is exceptionally well managed - the staff are incredibly friendly and the hotel manager, Devi goes out of her way to ensure that her guests are taken care of. Due to the unprecedented amount of rain experienced in Bali, our first room had a leak and as a result we were swiftly moved and upgraded. The rooms are exceptionally tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was delightful with a number of options for everyone. The main pool overlooks the beach and was peaceful.

Our poolside rooms were facing the kids pool ? The 2 pools across from the main hotel had been renovated nicely, always a deck chair available. Breakfast was pretty good with the normal selection you would expect. Staff friendly and engaging, the security guys stopping traffic so you could have breakfast were always great.
