We had a great stay at the Nikko hotel. The Hotel was clean, rooms were big and comfortable. We had a shower and a bathtub which was great. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices and very tasty. The swimming pool was nice despite few missing tiles but it didn’t prevent us from enjoying our daily swim. The beach front is lovely though we only went once as lots of people were doing water sports and we preferred being in the swimming pool. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. We ate at the 2 restaurants and we were very nicely surprised as there was an Italian and a Japanese restaurant. They were very tasty and we enjoyed our meals. We also ate across the road to warung, we had massages, pedicure and manicure. There is also a shuttle to go to Bali collection which is a mall though we didn’t want to eat at the restaurants which were overpriced because of the location. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Nusa Dua.

Room was very clean and nice, delicious breakfast, and amazing service. Thank you for the staff for the making our stay enjoyable! We got couple massage and it was relaxing and made our holiday so much better!!

Even though the pool was closed for repair (which we knew when we booked) the hotel was absolutely magnificent. We loved the drinks by the beach, the room service from the various restaurants was brilliant (Japanese being our top pick). Our room was so welcoming and luxurious. A beautiful welcome 'Happy Anniversary' on the bed was a nice touch.

Delicious buffet breakfast, a variety of dishes. The surroundings and pool side was cosy. Great location of the hotel, walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. The Spa was great.
