We had an amazing time at Grand Mirage Resort. All the staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. They’ve arranged us a special table at breakfast for my son’s birthday, and made his day extra special with their singing and bday cake. Such a memorable experience, esp for my son. There was no dull moment, there were heaps of activities to keep us all entertained. My kids’ fave were the water park and foam party. My daughter missed out on the mermaid class coz we had to leave Friday morning but will make sure she gets to do it when we come back next time. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

It’s very kid-friendly (family paradise). The waterpark, pool, playground, and lots of activities for kids and adults ;) Staffs are very welcoming and they will assist you in every way. In main building I think they lack of staff and they can’t do it for the guest most especially in the dining area. Its just there’s more selection in main building but otherwise I love the staffs in family paradise 😍

Multiple restaurants on site, indoor playground and activities for kids, swimming pool and transport via buggy from family to main building and vice versa. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially towards kids which is great

We arrived late 10.30pm on going to our room we found the safety deposit box and TV were not working also the bed sheets were damp and smelled musty I assume from room being closed up for a long period, by this time it was past 11pm so we put up with it for the night, but next morning I complained to the duty manager who immediately upgraded us to a new and much nicer room, excellent customer service
