RIAD AMR excelled our expectations, it couldn’t have been cleaner, the staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Mohammed Ali who was available practically 24/7 with a smile, willing to answer any questions/help in any way possible and is so incredibly friendly, speaks excellent English and Spanish too. The breakfast is to die for, homemade, delicious and large quantities. Our room was quaint, pretty and extremely well cleaned, the bed was comfortable, we had a smart tv, wifi, hairdryer etc and though we didn’t need them there was air-con /heating, a fan, mini fridge in the room etc too. 100% recommend the taxi service the Riad offer as not only does the driver wait at the airport with your name, he too is friendly and provided us with so much information on route to the Riad which being right in the centre of the Medina could have been difficult to find as first timers in Tangier but he parked and walked us right to the door. If you really want to feel the essence of the Medina and, meet and mix talk with the locals I can’t recommend this place enough. We’d love to return one day with our girls.

Extremely friendly and serviceminded staff and perfect location. We arrived late in the evening, and were impressed with the welcoming by Mohamed Ali, who went above and beyond to make our arrival and stay comfortable. We loved the design of the Riad, which to us felt like an oasis in the middle of the busy medina. Furthermore, the location was perfect - walking distance to all of the great sights in the old town of Tangier.

The staff was exceptional - super welcoming, friendly and helpful. Mohammad Ali and Hamzah at the front desk offered help and recommendations which we really appreciated. :) We look forward to future visits.

Nice clean riad in central old city Tangier. We relocated here after disappointment with a different accommodation. This riad made us feel much more comfortable and was very clean. The breakfast was quite good in the morning.

The breakfasts were beautiful . Sitting on the rooftop we started with delicious fresh juice, porridge and Blancmange, followed by omelette, salad breads and fresh tea or coffee. All freshly prepared on site. Superb!

The Riad was near to the old medina and also to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Muhammad was a really friendly guy, he helped us with our bags and we could ask him about tangier as tourists. And there is also free Nana-Tee to welcome us on the terasse.
