The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the room facilities, such as the fridge and window, need a bit of improvement.

Miss FADWA , in the receiption was very kind and allowed me to check in 3 hours earlier as I arrived from Marrakech by train, very tired and sleepy. Mohammed and Saad in the coffe shop were friendly as well , they provide me thermo of hot water to prepare tea or bescafé during my stay. WiFi is very strong everywhere in the hotel

Staff were very friendly.kept my baggage for a while after check out. provided me with iron for my clothes , and a thermo of hot water to make tea or nescafé inside the room. WiFi was strong enough everywhere in all the hotel. Fadwa in the receiption , Mohamed and Saad in coffe shop were very friendly
