Good location Welcoming and helpful staff Comfortable room Ordered two dishes at their restaurant one was good but the crumbled fish was overcooked from frozen state (their speciality) and it was unfortunately too noisy

Lovely clean room with good view and great breakfast. Good restaurant on site. Beach and a couple more restaurants across the road. 30 min walk or short auto ride to gorgeous main beach.

Excellent view so beautiful, the room was very spacious and nice high ceilings. The bed is comfortable, bathroom clean. The location is excellent in front of 3 great places and the ocean, good wifi, The view alone is 10 star.

Wonderful place, and hotel very clean,personel very helpful and friendly, especially owner Mr.Bandule assist with all. He is a very friendly person. Tangalle Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches ⛱️ in Sri lanka

This is not a motel, this is awesome Hotel! So nice rooms and fresh, clean bedlinen! I had 2 balcones and a nice sea view!! The staff is so helpfull, they really care of you! To the beach 2 minutes walking. In the evening i saw a turtle came to the beach and put her eggs to the sand!

I had a beautiful room with balcony and direct ocean view. It was so nice to wake up every morning and immediately seeing the ocean :). The room was very big and comfortable. I soon figured out that the location is excellent since there is a beautiful beach just in front of the hotel that you almost have for yourself, and a even more beautiful beach (Red beach) just a 10 min walk away. When I told the owner that I prefer the Sri Lankan breakfast over Western food they even prepared it for me one day.
