The place was nice and the pool also. Good point AC works well. And location is also close to the beach but the nicest point is about 10min by foot.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and it was so good! It’s only 100 meters from the ocean, which is really close. We stayed in the new building, and everything was super clean and comfortable. The staff were so nice and always ready to help. The pool was amazing - it’s new and really beautiful! There’s a bar by the pool, and we had such a good time. We cut some fruit, got cocktails and just relaxed. The rooms were very comfy, and I loved them. The location is great - quiet, with birds singing, and we even saw monkeys! There’s also a supermarket nearby, which was really handy. Everything was perfect. I’d love to stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

The staff was super nice and caring. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay here, and the staff upgraded me to a more comfortable room for a very cheap price. The electricity went out in the neighbourhood and the owner borrowed me his own power bank so I would have something to do as my batteries ran out and not just lay in an armchair looking at the sealing all day 😅

This is a wonderful villa located Very close to tangalle bus stop ,super markets and all banks . Bed room is really nice . Super fast internet wifi. They gave us delicious breakfast. We love this location and we will come again .

We have stayed in Ravan chalet for one night as we had a round trip in Shri Lanka by tuk tuk and this was one of the place to stay at the beach traveling from Yala National park to Negombo. The place has 4 two floor's chalets and it has a separate building with reception, restaurant and some rooms also to rent. The 1st floor of chalet is not equipped and we used only 2nd floor, but that is not a problem, as we all chalet was in our disposal and we had a fool privacy. The staff very kindly asked if we can pay for the stay in advance and we saw now problem, as we asked and were shown the room before payment. And the chalet met all our expectation - it was clean, modern, spicy and well equipped. We enjoyed the terrace in the evening with a view to the trees and the sound of Indian ocean waves, as the ocean is about 100 meters from Ravan. We spend some time on the beach and then had a dinner in the beach restaurant - everything was so close and convenient. We had a breakfast included in the price that was served in the hotel restaurant that was good and enough. We recommend the place, where you can spend couple days in a quiet beach resort.
