The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The location is nice and quiet, but the rooms are just old and in urgent need for a refreshment. We had a large room with 3 bedrooms, but the smell was very moist. Also the bathrooms are outdated and there were little black mold spots on the fixed hairdryer. The bed, we could feel the springs inside the mattress. We went to have a quick look at the indoor swimming pool, but made a very brisk U-turn only when smelling the entry. Even our kids ran away. The terras of the main restaurant is very nicely located, the a-la-carte food we ordered was good. But the breakfast served... no thank you. We understand it is a difficult climate, but compared to another hotel we stayed in near the same location, this is definitely not a 4-star rating worthy.

Room we had with the jungle view plus sunrise was excellent. The hot shower and bathroom facilities was great.

It is the 5th family stay here this year .Strawberry park resort is our favorite place to stay in Cameron highland.Perfect location, very friendly staff. Sure recommend it to our friends.

Beautiful location, very scenic and amazing views. Really feel in the mountains and get the rolling mist come through. Rooms are a little bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable.

Have always lived the secluded location surrounded by nature, and the very spacious rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, in particular resident manager John Yeo and F & B executive Fatullah Ramli. The Chinese food at the Lantern was good, as was the attentive service by the head waitress. The breakfast spread, as usual, was excellent.
