Value for money, few minutes walkable distance to Tana Ratah bus terminal. Near by eateries, many Indian restaurants, Mary Brown, Pharmacy, Clinic, Starbucks are there. This apartment located within the shopping mall, cheap cloths, shoes are available. Outside night market shops too. Property is well maintained very clean and comfort. micro wave oven, kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer are available. Flexible checkin and checkout are provided by the apartment care taker, she was very kind and helpful.

Love the place . Cutleries were provided even water dispensers. Prayer mat and additional single mattress were provided as well .

Location was great, view from the windows was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the small workspace in the living room and the wifi was good.

Value for money. The host efficient, explain and also show everything in details. Located in town area easy access and walking distance for restaurant and etc. Parking in same building, safe and free. Same building with Avillion Hotel.
