I had a lovely stay at Ichie Cafe with my family! The location is perfect between the station and the beach. The room was spacious and futons were soft. The host is very kind and very helpful. Hot shower, nice towels, free coffee and tea. Chiffon cakes for breakfast were very yummy!

Traditional style guesthouse with great hosts. Can be a bit noisy as in many traditional Japanese houses. If this really bothers you, make sure to check out their second location.

The beds were comfortable as there was a topper on the futons. Mayumi was a great host and gave us a lovely welcome. The chiffon cake for breakfast was delightful. The room was very spacious. Only 10 min walk to the station.

Super helpful and friendly hosts who went out of their way to help us organise luggage transfers. Classic traditional Japanese guesthouse. Close to the station, the coast and restaurants. Very well priced Great cakes also!

I loved this guesthouse because it was small (only 2 rooms). The house was traditional and charming from woven mats on the floor, paper sliding doors and even a peaceful view out the window. The staff were welcoming and inviting, thus made my stay even more special.

Our first time in a traditional guesthouse was very comfortable- the futon bedding was very cosy indeed! The lovely staff helped us to forward luggage on to KiiKatsuura.

Small bed and breakfast. The owner takes great care of everything. The building is old but everything was clean and comfortable 😁 We had great time and can recommend it!

The Japanese house is old, but absolutely charming. Every tiny detail reflects the love and care that’s gone into it. Mayumi’s chiffon cake at breakfast was so delicious, I’m still dreaming about it!
