The fantastic location on the Riverwalk and the complimentary hotel shuttle was the bonus. Miss Cara at the front desk was delightful and so helpful! Clean, spacious room with 2 comfortable queen-sized beds, big puffy pillows and a lovely view of the river. Clean bathroom with fresh towels! Trash disposed of daily. Having a fridge, microwave and coffee maker! Huge carpark; reasonable rate of $10 compared to $40 daily at some nearby hotels.

Location was excellent close to The Riverwalk. Good value breakfast and lovely staff throughout the visit. Complimentary mini buses taking guests anywhere downtown was a bonus.

The elevators had some issues and the room was okay but not excellent. I thought the hall rugs were not clean. The location was good for some things but not as close to shopping or restaurants as I thought it would be.
