I liked the quite suburban neighborhood. The lady at the front desk was really nice. The breakfast wasn't bad. The bed was comfortable. Nice hot shower.

5 minutes from Busch Gardens, 20-30 minutes from downtown Tampa so great location for us. Friendly and helpful staff, good size room which was clean with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was showing signs of wear and tear hence the 4 not 5 stars but it was perfectly serviceable. Plenty of choice of cold items at breakfast along with eggs, sausages, grits and waffles. We went an hour before breakfast finished and everything was available. There’s also an IHOP next door with great food and staff.

Good location for going to Busch Gardens which is only a 10/15 minute drive away. Rooms were clean and a good size and bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was in the morning was really nice and they had a good selection.

The property was just on the outskirts of Tampa, only used for one night stay so couldn't review too much other than it met our needs including breakfast.
