The fine print
Prior arrangements need to be done if check in is to occur after the scheduled check in time of 6PM. We do have a system of lockboxes, but this needs to be arranged and approved by latest noon of the check in date, otherwise it will not be possible to check in, and the reservation will be viewed as a no-show.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Super quiet and spacious hotel, and still very close to downtown and the beach. Chilling by the pool was amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome.

Veronika and Erika are excellent hosts and very, very welcoming to their beautiful hotel. Fantastic location and a modern and chill vibe at the hotel. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants throughout Tamarindo!

Veronika and Erika were so kind and helpful, the hotel was always so clean! the rooms were big and spacious and came with oil and salt and pepper which was helpful. it was close to the beach, supermarkets and clothing shops

Everything ! It’s calm, coziness, cleanliness, proximity to the beach and main interests in tamarindo. The design and minimalistic room ! Perfect I so recommend it

The property was stunning and super clean, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. I have to say out of all the places we stayed in Costa Rica during our travels, the house of nomad was our favourite. The staff were so warm and welcoming and made you feel right at home and relaxed. The pool was a lovely temperature and the bedrooms were super clean and lovely.

We loved our stay here. The room is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, has proper pans and pots, not the scraped cheap aluminium most accommodation has. The construction was not noisy or bothersome to us, majority of work had already been done, so dont be put off by previous comments. The hosts are super nice. Location is good, road was a dirt road but was being repaired of potholes as we left. Well done to the host for paying attention to small details like the quality of kitchenware. I travel a lot and sadly most accommodation provide the cheapest, worse kind of pots and pans.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. I loved absolutely everything about this space! The rooms are big, clean and modern. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to walk to all the restaurants and shops nearby. The pool was an absolute dream!
