The property was spacious and well equipped. It was nice to be able to feed the cows just outside the decking area. It was good to be able to walk to the shop and pub.

House was in a fantastic location, nice and quiet and Buddy the dog made it extra special. Great selection for breakfast. Overall happy wirh our stay just a few things could have made it better.

Perfect little halfway stop when traveling north. Julie was very friendly and very accommodating. everything was just fine and the unit is perfectly suited and furnished for purpose. Unit was like new and was very clean and tidy, which is a critical observation for me.

The house was very beautiful and clean. Nice cozy house with beautiful views and ample amount of space. Very warm and inviting home. Owners were accommodating and gave us our space. Rooms were beautiful and the set up of the home was perfect.

The whole scenery was Perfect, atmosphere of the area itself was marvelous 2min drive to the Local Dairy & eatery outlets nice & quiet. For there Owners we would like to Thank you for giving us the opportunity in having our family stay close by us we prayed everyday for Our sons recovery up in Waikato Hospital ICU he has improved so much but still a long way to go.

The breakfast food was amazing & plentiful with cereal, yogurt, milk, bread, spreads, juice, coffee & tea. Beautifully presented in a basket & fridge upon arrival. We were greeted by the hostess & she was very friendly & helpful. My parents & I found the cottage very homely, well presented, & has all the extra items, utensils & products provided. Thank you for the beautiful stay at your cottage. Highly recommended.

The location was really convenient for the event we were going to in Matangi but also within easy driving distance to Hamilton. A very generous continental breakfast was included, and we really appreciated the variety of cereals and spreads. I stayed in the Hobbit House which is really cute - and really warm with all the bedding provided (I didn't need the heater). The property is modern and ultra-comfortable, which we liked. John and Julie were very helpful hosts. I'd be happy to stay there again, and my friends also.
