In general it was okay, the room was alright, breakfast was quite good. Unlimited spa access. Good option of saunas. In general was alright experience.

Parking inside hotel is very expensive, but near hotel is city parking for 6.50 eur per 24H SPA - very crowdy, a lot of people. Breakfast - after 9AM there is a lot of people, You may wait for sitting

There are many pools in the hotel. Often hotels have only 1 to 2 pools. Also, for breakfast, we have warm waffles to make different varieties on different days. NEED TO BE THERE BEFORE 9 am or else you will have to queue behind 20 people regardless it is Monday or Sunday. The receptionist SOFIA was very kind to assist us with bathrobes for my 5yo child. Also, another receptionist at the TALLINK Express Hotel helped us heat my child's food in the microwave since the restaurant in the hotel DOES NOT have any food free from her allergies and it was Sunday evening. NOWHERE to avail any food. Also, the receptionist was very nice to my child giving her stickers to claim the toy in the BUSY KID book. The hotel has a GREAT CHILD PLAY AREA in the lobby and a BREAKFAST area. The hotel has CHILD-FRIENDLY amenities and features.

It’s probably most amazing and truly breathtaking SPA area in any hotels in this part of Europe. It’s almost like an ancient Pompeian baths, with enormous splendour and superb layout and facilities. Number of pools, jacuzzis, and saunas is going to satisfy everyone. Breakfast is great, very good choice.

Nice location close both to the Old Town as well as the ferry terminals. Nice spa complex. Very good breakfast. Option to check-in in your room remotely beforehand.
