+ Staff were very helpful and polite. + Beds were very confortable - Location is about 15-20 minute walk from the centre of Old Town. We used scooters to get there and back faster. And there's a convenient scooter parking zone outside the hotel.

Loved the room, definitely clean and comfy. The breakfast was very nice - a lot of options and healthy choices. Only minus was that we could not enjoy spa for the last two days of our stay, since it was out of order (the maintenance work lasted much longer than we were informed about before our stay).

Loved this hotel, friendly staff who couldn't do enough to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The only downfall at the Radisson Collection Hotel was the length and depth of the pool. Without doubt, we will definitely be a regular customer.

Amazing hotel. 5 star service in every way. Exceptional spa facilities and gym. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Our 2nd time staying here because we loved it so much. We got an upgrade to the 19th floor on check in which gave great views of the city and port.
